Installation

Stable release

To install the Tetrahedralizer python package, run this command in your terminal:

$ pip install git+https://github.com/ABI-EIT/tetrahedralizer

This is the preferred method to install Tetrahedralizer, as it will always install the most recent stable release.

If you don’t have pip installed, this Python installation guide can guide you through the process.

GUI App

The GUI app can be installed using a Pyinstaller script build into the Tetrahedralizer package. Run the following command in your terminal:

$ python -m tetrahedralizer --install tetrahedralizer_qt

This will create a folder containing the installation of the Tetrahedralizer GUI app in your current directory. Run the app using tetrahedralizer_qt.exe contained within this folder.

From sources

The sources for Advanced Producer Consumer can be downloaded from the Github repo.

You can either clone the public repository:

$ git clone git://github.com/ABI-EIT/tetrahedralizer

Or download the tarball:

$ curl -OJL https://github.com/ABI-EIT/tetrahedralizer/tarball/master

Once you have a copy of the source, you can install it with:

$ python setup.py install
